Prepare your valid Pakistani passport, proof of foreign residence (residency permit, visa, or foreign national ID), and your existing CNIC (if you have one). For renewal or reprint, bring your current/expired NICOP. For modification, bring supporting documents for the change (e.g. marriage certificate for name change).

💡 If you previously renounced Pakistani nationality, you will need a Resumption Certificate (Form Y) from IMPASS before applying.

Upload documents digitally and complete biometric verification at the embassy or a NADRA centre.
